Breast cancer, diaries 🎀 Right now, we wait for my PET scan results—trusting God as we check my levels and markers and confirm that I’m still in remission. Today was stressful, but I leaned on my faith and did my best to quiet my mind and guard my heart. Many cancer patients experience something called scanxiety—the anxiety before a scan—where you pray for a clean scan and ask God that cancer has not returned. I’m choosing to place this waiting season in His hands, believing He is with me every step of the way. I’ll update you all in a few days when the results come in.
