Today — a little more than two years since the mass shooting at Oxford High School that killed four students and wounded seven other people — is the day of the sentencing hearing for the teenage gunman who pleaded guilty to the crimes. 16-year-old Tate Myre, 17-year-old Madisyn Baldwin, 14-year-old Hana St. Juliana, and 17-year-old Justin Schilling lost their lives on November 30 of 2021. Their families along with other survivors and students will be in the courtroom today to face the shooter. The gunman - now 17 - pleaded guilty to all charges in this case. He could receive a sentence of life in prison without parole. Seven action news will have a crew in the courtroom, and we will be streaming the hearing live on Wxyz.com If you need support today or would like to schedule a meeting with a victim navigator from the All for Oxford Resiliency Center, please call 248-653-5511. #oxfordstrong #oxfordstrong💙💛 #sentencing #oxford
