B and I met on Bumble, and within five months, life threw us a curveball—a baby on the way. At the time, I was terrified, unsure of what the future held. Now, four years later, after two babies and three dogs, I can only look back with gratitude. My guru says We’re all just walking each other home.’ Relationships are about so much more than just surviving life’s ups and downs; they’re about learning how to walk beside each other, no matter where the path leads. The journey hasn’t always been easy, but love doesn’t promise ease—it promises growth. Someone recently told me that vulnerability is the birthplace of love and joy. And that’s exactly what we’ve built: a life rooted in the courage to be vulnerable with each other, even when it’s uncomfortable. In those moments, we’ve found the strength to let go of control, to trust the process, and to love each other through change. So much change. Our relationship has been a lesson in letting go—of expectations, of perfection, of fear. And in return, we continue building something beyond our wildest imaginations.
