Dinner at Chelsea Living Room. We started with crispy cheese + caviar, baked fromage, and fried artichokes, which set the tone perfectly. For dinner, the roasted chicken and signature lobster pasta were absolute standouts, rich in flavor yet so comforting. And to finish, the sundae board was such a fun and indulgent way to end the night.
