WIEIAD DOWN 30 lbs
I’ve lost over 30lbs postpartum with my third baby. I keep meal time simple, delish and easy clean up.
These are meals that my whole family likes.
As a health coach I focus on tracking macros to be in a small deficit while managing milk supply. Still nursing at almost 10 months and no plans of stopping!
Eating high protein, high carb and moderate fat helps me feel satisfied and full. Also great for baby! When I wasn’t tracking I couldn’t manage my hunger and was reaching for carbs and sugar all day.
I eat a variation of these meals on repeat. Makes shopping easy too.
Breakfast- oats with chia and berries. Eggs or egg whites on the side.
Lunch- leftover meat, add a veg and carb.
Dinner- bowls! Prep a meat, veg and carb. Add lots of yummy toppings.
Snack- yogurt, fruit, rice cakes, protein shake or bar, meat stick.
Desert- yasso bar or rice cake w choc chips! Or just whatever in a smaller portion.
3rd time losing the baby weight and this was the least stressful by far. I think bc I wasn’t stressed about it knowing I’d done it before and could do it again. I also had the tools to know exactly what to do.
