PLANS THIS WEEKEND? What will you be doing? A face peel? Microneedling? Facial? Skin device? Meso? Threads? Or simply chilling? Im headed to a Yoga Retreat! I’ve actually never been to one before. I don’t know anyone very personally that is attending. Would you do this? Would you go on something alone where you don’t know anyone? I find it actually exhilarating. I know many would never consider such a concept. You need your people or you don’t feel comfortable. My personality is one that thrives on unknowns. Even though I’m a control freak...it seems counterintuitive that I would allow for the unknown. As I’ve gotten older it’s becomes clearer to me what impacts me and what doesn’t. Feeling uncomfortable and succeeding from that place makes me feel good. It also allows me to be more present and less in my head. WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT THIS? Am I odd?
