3 ingredient halloumi! ITS BACK! Remember my hedgehog halloumi from a few years ago?! You all went nuts for it, so I decided to give it a bit of a resurgence with a reel! All you need is: - halloumi (ideally from Cyprus. If it’s made elsewhere or with cows milk it isn’t proper halloumi) - apricots (my fave/ perfect sweet/ tangy balance but you can use figs or plums) - honey And that is it! Of course you can pimp with chilli flakes, oregano sprigs, basil etc etc. but this is the main recipe. And it’s a game changer. Showstopper. Basically a dream. So, who’s joining me for lunch?
