Nana Joes Granola is celebrating 12 years and funny enough, it was back in August but with all the hustle we totally missed it. I was reminded when asked "How long have you been in business" and I had to do the math and was like OMGoodness we missed our anniversary. So here we are.... Happy Anniversary Nana Joes Granola! Since 2020, I have been tested in every way possible but here I am still on solid ground and still up-leveling our ingredients and our product integrity. All this to say so much positive has come out of such an incredibly devastating time. For starters I have learned how to become a better leader. How to genuinely support everyone not only on the production floor but truly from my heart emotionally because it was really hard for some folks. Being a business owner has never come with a manual and when things get rough you either shine and pivot or you stay stagnant and frozen with fear. I chose to really work on how to create a better more supportive culture at NJG and to continue to pivot until I found something that worked. We are still not out of the woods and we rely heavily on folks like you spreading the good word about our granola and granola bars. We are seeing some improvements in our overall health as a business with a ton of really hard work as a team of 9. Speaking of the NJG Team, they deserves so many thanks and so much gratitude for trusting and believing in NJG to make this all work. I could go on and on... but instead I want to thank every single one of you who have supported us. Every single purchase moves us closer to our goals of profitability and helped us stay in business. I owe you all a great amount of gratitude and I hope in some ways I repay it by fueling you throughout your day so you have more time to do what you love with the folks you choose to love.
