Despite running after a super active toddler a lot of the time, there’s nothing like focused time to train the mind and body. Training throughout this pregnancy, my approach is pretty much the same as ever - train when I have the energy, rest when I don’t. We’ll be focusing on improving my posture and also maintain strength while avoiding targeted core exercises. Moving my body will always find priority somewhere, even if I have less time than my pre baby life. I’ll still be boxing a little bit, training with all the JAB coaches and make sure to balance with slower practices, like yoga and pilates. Movement is my medicine. #pregnancyworkout #mamalife
