Quesa-Birria!I used a beef chuck roast for this, seasoned with @lanesbbq Cubano and Fiesta, smoked it on my @nexgrill Oakford 790 until it hit 170°F using @bearmountainbbq bold pellets. Then I brought it inside and threw it in my Dutch oven with the Consomé (ancho chiles, tomatoes, onions, cilantro, beef broth, chicken broth, @p@pepperexchange chipolte pepper puree) along with more @lanesbbq Cubano and Fiesta seasoning.
