I’m baccckkkk after a break from social media - and it was well needed. I used the time (and there was a lot of it that I got back!!!) to evaluate my relationship with social media, and how it can be a lot healthier. It’s also incredible when you clock up all of the wasted time spent scrolling, when you could be doing so many more nourishing things - I call these my 'wholesome tasks'. ⁣ ⁣ I’m still trying to articulate my thoughts, but for now I wanted to share this quote which resonated that someone shared with me: ⁣ ⁣ Watch your thoughts, they become your words; ⁣ watch your words, they become your actions; ⁣ watch your actions, they become your habits; ⁣ watch your habits, they become your character; ⁣ watch your character, it becomes your destiny.⁣ - Lao Tzu⁣ ⁣ Sending love to you all, and hope you've had a sweet and spicy start to 2022 ♥️
