Transparency... When I was a child, I remember there were a few times when my mom would make us sandwiches for dinner and we the kids would be so excited! We can build our own sandwich and it was fun. My dad would have his hand on his head as he ate. I’d ask my mom, “what’s wrong with daddy?” She would say,” don’t worry with him, he just doesn’t like sandwiches “. Not knowing it was donated bread and cold cuts from a family friend who was helping our family out during dads unemployment. Every home needs a dad. Can we make it without him? Sure we can. Can we thrive better with him? Absolutely we can! Especially a dad who is supportive physically, spiritually, mentally and financially. A good dad is hard to come by. My dad was amazing and I miss him so much! My husband is an amazing dad and I miss him so much! Can you see a mothers tears while she holds it together for her house? Nahhhh. Most of the time we cry in the dark. I’m praying for you strong women who are just trying to hold it together. We got this!
