A year ago, in-between lockdowns, me, @andredalethier, @braaaaaaaam @felicitywilliams @saintberenice @isthisthomas and @kikigramz started a band called Fresh Pepper and made a record about working in a kitchen. The whole process was absolutely joyful from start to finish. This is the first single from the record and it’s called Congee Around Me. I don’t know what it is about this song but I still tear up when I listen to it. Something about how perfectly Andre and Felicity and Robin sing together at the end just kills me.
