What would happen if you squared off with your 20 year old self? Who would win that battle? My good friend @jamailb73 turned 40 yesterday and got me thinking. I am confident I would dominate my 20 year old self. I am most importantly more comfortable in my own skin. I have learned over the years who I am. I am strong mentally after going through trials and tribulations. The 20 year old version of myself would have stamina and energy, but he wouldn’t have the grit and resolve. My point is this - age is just a number. Its more about where you are on the journey and less about how long you have been on the journey. Shout out to all turning 40 in the next 12 months.
