5 years of conflict in Mozambique’s Cabo Delgado MSF teams have been responding to the humanitarian needs due to the conflict in Cabo Delgado since 2019. We have remained adaptive and reactive to the changing context and in a volatile context with armed actors, it is crucial to be able to deliver impartial assistance guiding our actions on medical and humanitarian needs. MSF has often been the first humanitarian organization to start operations in hard-to-reach regions of the province.
