STRAWBERRY RHUBARB COCKTAIL: 1 oz Empress 1908 Gin 11⁄2 oz Strawberry Rhubarb Syrup* 1⁄2 oz Lemon Juice Club Soda (to top) Strawberries & Rhubarb (to muddle & garnish) METHOD: Add fresh rhubarb and strawberries to the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Muddle well. Add ice, followed by the syrup, gin, and lemon juice. Shake vigorously until chilled, then strain into an ice-filled glass. Top with club soda, and garnish with rhubarb and strawberry.
