Sweat with me and try this 20 minute no running cardio workout! All you need is yourself, a little bit a space and definitely a towel 💦. If you’re a beginner try 2 rounds with longer rest periods and you can modify any of the moves by taking out the jumps.
Do each move for 40 seconds with a 20 second rest. Complete 4 rounds.
