Let me introduce you to one of my favorite treats: the trdelník! It’s a popular dessert (or breakfast or snack) for tourists in Prague, made from dough wrapped around a stick and grilled over an open fire. It’s dusted with cinnamon sugar and then filled with your choice of caramel, ice cream, Nutella, etc. I am ashamed to say how many of these I consumed...let’s just say it was a good thing we walked all over Prague, or Trevor might have been rolling me on to our next destination.
