My martial arts journey began nearly 7 (!!!) years ago. @shaolinamerican has become my second home & our dojo is like family. It’s one of the biggest joys in my life and has shaped so much of the woman i’ve grown to be. After dedicating so much time and love into this art, it’s so surreal to say: i’ve earned my first degree black belt in American Kenpo-Karate!!!! so much has led up to this most special day. Bursting with pride to have made it this far alongside the best training partners in the world, @lifeaskellykula & @cevin9311 WE DID IT!!!! & so much credit to our incredible Senseis who have led the way and pushed us to be our best selves year after year. To new black belt beginnings and many, many more years of training, growth and bruises to come 🥋🥹❤️‍🔥
