I needed to hear this today so I thought you might need to hear it too🙏🏽 It’s from the last page of my book- a friendly reminder that you do have the power and it is your birthright to live in joy & live out your highest calling❤️ My body & spirit has been through a lot in one year... 2 hand surgeries & 2 miscarriages. It’s as if I am having to rediscover myself and my body all over again. I’m having to constantly remind myself what I’ve been through when I’m feeling “off” and then say of course you feel off, it would be abnormal if you didn’t. It’s been another huge lesson in patience, acceptance & self-love. It seems the more I embrace and own these changes, the better I feel and the closer to spirit I get. It’s about loving yourself back to health no matter what your physical body goes through and knowing that every challenge is just another piece of the puzzle to guide you to your highest calling.🕊
