In our natural state, our voice is a resonation of our true self, but as the stories of who we “should” be start to overlay that true self, the voice will adapt to that persona that we begin to create. In my own experience and in many others I’ve spoken with, that departure from our truth seems to be a major contributor to challenges in our voice.
