@lidowarchive got our first Vogue cover !!!!!! & on Kendall Jenner! Wearing tons of my jewelry including Vintage Chanel hehehe :)) This is extra special too for so many reasons — I started my journey in the fashion industry at Vogue in 2010 working under @missjkantor, whose teachings & advice I still think about daily, and working alongside @daniellefcombs, who still remains to be one of my closest friends 💖 Thank you endlessly to @maryofcourse, who facilitated this rental, who I first met back in NYC the DAY before lockdown. She’s one of my few clients (that I am grateful to also call my friend hehe) who has personally seen LIDOW ARCHIVE grow from a basement in Bushwick to what it has become now in LA 💖 ALSO! This cover shoot was worked on by hair GENIUS @evaniefrausto, who i was lucky enough to hire for LIDOW’s first ever lookbook back in 2019, when he made me a custom 15ft long blonde wig hehe :) &&& then @kendalljenner’s makeup was done by the legendary @samvissermakeup, another absolute GENIUS, who I’ve been lucky enough to work with as well over the past several years 💖 Very very very grateful ❤️❤️❤️ Couldn’t have done this without my right & left hands @cr0tchety & @kaitywhip - two boss bitches who I admire more than I could ever explain 🥰
