For my first year of motherhood I wore a necklace that said “Be here now” as a remind to honor the desire for being present. I was dizzy with how fast it was all going and overwhelmed with all that needed to be done and I had to find a way to ground myself so that wherever I was whether it was work or being a mom, I was all in.
