Authors like @melrobbins , @lorigottlieb_author _author, and @thebudgetnista and people on my launch team say the book left them feeling empowered, supported, confident, and energized. The word “freedom” has come up dozens of times. @katecbowler said, “Melissa is the friend you wish you had.” One launch team member told me, “This book is rocking my world!” The Book of Boundaries shows you that boundaries don’t make your life smaller, they EXPAND it, bringing more self-confidence, energy, time, health, and freedom to all of your relationships–even your relationship with yourself. Readers are closing the book excited to continue their boundary practice, knowing their efforts will radiate that positive impact into every area of their lives. Once we started to hear this feedback, my publisher asked if we could take another look at our original cover. The cover is any book’s first impression, and, they suggested, we wanted OUR first impression to depict that same feeling of warmth, energy, freedom, and possibility. They weren’t sure the original cover did that. Could we... try again? So, we redesigned it. And truth be told, THIS is the cover this book was meant to have. Was it easy to make this decision? Uh, no. Did I cry a little? Yeah, I did. Was it all worth it? ONE HUNDRED PERCENT. This cover immediately conveys the energy, warmth, vibrancy, and freedom from the pages of the book, mirroring the experience people are having as they read it.
