#SouthernSmokeFestival is back! I’ll be joining @southernsmokefoundation and more than 60 chefs from around the country in #Houston to raise funds to support food and beverage workers in crisis. The weekend-long party is planned for Oct. 21-23. I’m cooking at the festival’s finale—seven acres of food, live music, and great drinks—on Sunday, October 23 along with 40 chefs from around the country. Friday night will kick off with a welcome party along with Aaron Franklin and our friends at @hotluckfest, and on Saturday, chefs will roll out a massive raw bar. Join us to #TakeCareOfOurOwn.
