It’s an EMOM kind of HIIT day here at @theground_australia today 🔥
How does this work?
You have 8 stations. At each station you will have a set target of reps, distance or static hold to achieve within 60 seconds. Once you complete that target, you will rest for the remainder of the minute. You will repeat this 5x (so for 5 minutes) before moving onto the next station. The faster you get achieve the target, the more rest you will get. In saying that, it doesn’t mean you pick up light weights or take the easy option. Challenge yourself, always 👏
This was was an EMOM session @lilliluxtonn and I completed back in June. We both couldn’t make one of the classes that day, so we smashed it out together.
