Last night at the L.A. for All Day event, the Los Angeles Zoo was recognized for our partnership in the L.A. for All campaign. Hosted by the City's @lacivilrights at L.A.'s historic Lincoln Park, the event honored the one-year anniversary of the PSA campaign aimed at building solidarity by celebrating diversity, and standing up to hate by standing for inclusion, equity and belonging. In solidarity with the City of Los Angeles, the Zoo was one of many City institutions last night that lit itself up in rainbow colors representing the beautiful mosaic of identities that make up this great City. This is a small first step in many to come as the Zoo continues its work along with our partners in fostering an environment of inclusion, equity, and belonging.
