As you celebrate Labor Day, check out the video that shows the labor that goes into each bottle of our wine. Grapes are handpicked. Our white wines are stirred by hand using a dodine, or barrel stirring rod. We turn several hundred French oak barrels into fermentation vessels, an extremely labor-intensive process, and do laborious punch downs on our reds as they ferment in barrel.
