1K ⚡️💛 since I have so many new faces here - I want to say this is me, hi, welcome & I love all of you 🤩 I stepped foot into this industry a little over 1 year ago. I had a vision, dream, bucket list, whatever you want to call it. y’all this has been a dream of mine since a little girl. Partial credit goes to you guys, all my family & friends, boyfriend @kolyn.paige , my models who have stuck with me since day one (you know who you are 😉), @shelbydavisdaily, @cultivatehairsalon, & @ivyleaguestylists 🌟 This journey has been nothing but simple, quite challenging to say the least. About a year ago I was told this is a service industry, but if I went in & treated it that way from the beginning I would probably be looking for a way out by now. Instead I’m an artist. I get to create. I get to paint, I get to customize, I get to hangout, I get to meet the most wonderful women. On top of that, yes long days, assisting, mannequin heads, models, colored hands, body aches, stained clothes (that’s the worst one for me, I don’t think I have a single outfit I haven’t ruined) BUT all of that is worth the confidence & success of becoming a better stylist behind the chair every single day!!! as a new stylist it’s important to work HARD now so you can set yourself up for the future. I’ve learned so much but most importantly I’ve learned everyone of my guests will get 1000% effort from me as soon as they book an appointment, walk in the door, sit in my chair to when they leave & everything in between creating dream hair 😉! I recently became an ambassador for @themaneculture and I am amazed at the wonderful community they have!
