Aggressive Whimsy is a hoppy contemporary beer inspired by new school modern West Coast IPA's. Made with American grown and malted pilsner malt alongside the best American hops. We set out to create a super clean base so that all of the big bold and expressive hop qualities could shine through giving you all of their depth of character in both the aroma and flavor. Simcoe, Mosaic, and Cryo Krush come together to create an incredible complex aromatic bouquet of stone fruit, guava, pine resin, grapefruit, white gummy bear, with a touch of dankness. Big hop flavor blended with firm but balanced bitterness invites you to keep drinking this beer as beautiful lacing collects down the side of your glass.
