Today’s work: 1. Squatty Rapid Fire Ground Contacts into Broad Jump — stiffness w/ soleus bias into horizontal projection 2. Fly 10 w/ 5 yard entry — transitional speed; blending acceleration and top speed work 3. Trap Bar Deadlift — total body strength and resilience I’ve been pretty inactive on social media recently, but I’m going to work on being more consistent with it.
