One of my favorite simple desserts formed into one glorious breakfast situation — there truly isn’t any better way to do it 🤤
Thick, chewy, and studded with dark chocolate — yeah, trust me... you don’t want to miss out on this one 🤍
#Recipe Details:
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup greek yogurt
- 2 egg whites
- 2 tbsp granulated sweetener of choice
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 2 scoops @nuzest_usa vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 3 tbsp dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.
In a medium bowl, mix all of the ingredients together, except the chocolate chips.
Once fully combined, fold in the chocolate chips.
Place the dough in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Remove from the freezer, separate the dough into 2 sections, roll into balls, and place the balls on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
