Ingredients:
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1β3 cup honey
- 1β2 tsp vanilla
- 1β2 tsp salt
- 2 scoops @vitalproteins Vanilla Collagen Peptides
- 1 3β4 cup cornflake cereal
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oilβ¨
Instructions:
In a saucepan over medium-low heat, add the peanut butter, honey, vanilla, salt, and vanilla collagen peptides. Mix and heat until smooth (about 2-4 minutes).
Add the cornflake cereal to a large bowl. Then, pour the peanut butter mixture into the bowl with the cereal, and mix while slightly crushing the cereal as it is combined.
Form the mixture into logs and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Freezer for 1 hour or overnight.
Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together in the microwave at 30-second intervals.
Dip each butterfinger into the chocolate, allowing the excess to drip off.
Place back into the freezer for 10 minutes to allow the chocolate to harden.
Store in the fridge or freezer.
