year 32 in the books, on to 33✨ a year of countless raw milk egg yolk lattes a year where I brought my baby girl earth-side a year of deep joy & wide grief as a family a year of choosing to heal at Jesus’ pace a year of God’s indescribable provision a year of softening & simplicity “be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, & faithful in prayer” romans 12:12 the past three years have lead me back to this verse along with so many others that have always been deep roots of my faith. it reminds me to simplify & look to Jesus in complicated feelings & seasons ☀️🍂❄️🌷 God has gone before me constantly: • revealing His way (isaiah 55:8-9) • refining me to be made new (job 23:10 & psalm 66:10-12) • softening every part of who I am (colossians 3:12-14) • pruning places / people / parts of old me (john 15:1-8) • bringing soul-sweet community (proverbs 17:17) • tenderly helping me grieve & heal (psalm 42:11 & psalm 147:3) • giving me the true desires of my/His heart (psalm 37:4) • & showing me how deeply He loves (ephesians 3:14-21) & He wants to go ahead of you in these ways too☝🏼 I’ve only been on this earth 33 years, but what I know without a shadow of a doubt is the faithfulness of Jesus & how much He desires to know & love you🤍 cheers to this next year ☕️ I think it’s going to be a sweet one✨
