This year at Generate our theme was Total surrender. We all have these worldly desires that seem so good to us in the moment and we are satisfied with them for a short time. Where as if we surrender them at the foot of the cross and allow Jesus to take those burdens off our shoulders and put them on his own and tell us to walk with him. Coming to camp as a student is as fun as anything but coming back as a leader is truly so special. Being able to see the kids grow in their faith and know that you can factor their relationship with God. He loves us and wants a relationship with us. Thank you to all the students who listened to me during the week and there’s no better people I’d rather serve along side that the ones I did!
