We were grateful and inspired by @uswateralliance 's #onewatersummit2022 in Milwaukee, where we saw green infrastructure, swam in Lake Michigan and connected with organizers working towards environmental justice, water affordability and flood protection. We learned so much from We The People of Detroit who we were honored to share a panel stage with. Did you know its against the Geneva convention to shut of water supplies to your enemies but that American Utilities do it to LMI and BIPOC people everyday? That must stop now! We were invigorated by the experience and cant wait to build on it. Special shout out to Houston Friends @bayoucitywk , and Colleen!
