Pickled veggies are an easy way to get your probiotics in & itโ€™s so simple to make! 1. Heat 2 cups of white distilled vinegar, 2 cups of water and 2 Tbsp sea salt in saucepan over medium heat. Stir until salt dissolve and let it cool to room temperature. 2. Chop your vegetables in thin slices and place them in separate mason jars. I used purple onion, carrots & radishes. 3. Fill your veggie filled mason jars with vinegar water and add some peppercorns. Jar them and leave in the fridge. Veggies can take a few hours to a few days depending how thick the slices are.
