Before jumping into 1.0 of my gym-based program High Intensity Strength, there are four (optional) Foundation Weeks that you can start with.
I’ve designed these weeks to introduce you to the fundamentals of this style and structure of training, so that you can feel comfortable and familiar with it before progressing into 1.0 of the program.
