Bacon Wrapped Filet Mignon and Lobster Tail. I reverse seared these beautiful @chicagosteakcompany filet mignon on my @burchbarrel using their lump charcoal. I wrapped them with thick cut bacon and seasoned them with @lanesbbq Scorpion Combo Rub, I kept an eye on temps with my @meatermade Meater+, and let them get to 123-125°F before putting over direct heat. When I pulled them from the grill, I let them rest 15 minutes before slicing.
