Physically, I spent 16 weeks training for the 2022 NYC marathon. Mentally, I spent 52 weeks training for the 2022 NYC marathon. That said, I have felt quite burnt out from training for a race. Although the discipline & process of training for a goal is one of my favorite things about racing, it’s also mentally very taxing. Since the marathon one month ago, I’ve been letting myself go into an “off season” of sorts. I’m still very active (hey @thelimitfit 🫶) and running here and there...but I’m letting myself just enjoy being active and not training for a goal at the moment.
👀2023 is looking to be a big year for a lot of reasons! I feel very grateful for all the work I’ve put in and am very happy to run for fun for a while leading into the new year. Some things in 2023 are still a secret...but there may be multiple marathons on the horizon😜
Last bit: The Limit keeps me HEALTHY, y’all! The training from the classes I am blessed to teach and all of the series I do with private clients have kept me so durable...Come and see what I’m talking about💪😎 @thelimitfit
Last last bit: @tracksmithrunning is the best!
