2026 season update :3 6 weeks post show& officially entering a hard push phase. This means locking in on food, training, recovery, and supplements. We backed off supplements for a bit to run a mini health phase, but now we’re full send again. Being completely transparent… I’m struggling to get my food in right now. My metabolism is burning through everything. I also found out this year I lean slightly hyperthyroid, so calories are up past 3.2k… I’ve always been the girl with a big appetite, so this feels… new. 🤣 Last push my intake was slightly lower (3100kcal) and I sat around 130 lbs. Last season i also had a huge appetite resulting from very low food from previous preps (literally took years to repair) so it was much easier LOL.
