Earlier this week I watched two girls get run over by a car. I held one of the girls as she laid on the street, her bones fully exposed, and crushed, bleeding from head to toe. This week has been such a huge reminder to truly appreciate and be so grateful for your health, your body, for every breath you take. Never taking movement for granted. My heart goes out to these two young women and their families. I can’t even imagine what they’re going through. You’ll be in my prayers. I just wanna take this moment to express my gratitude and say thank you to all the people in my life that have showed up for me, giving me the opportunity to heal from chronic injuries and do the things I love the most.
