today is @shaunymw ‘s final day at manteca, before he moves with his family to manchester. shauny is one of those people who has hospitality in his bones - he always has a warm welcome and a kind smile for you, especially if you’re lucky enough to be sitting on the counter seats when he’s cooking in front of you. he has been a hugely important part of manteca, helping to open the shoreditch site and run the kitchen here since we opened. we couldn’t have done it without you, thank you! we wish him all the best up north in his new exec chef role. lucky manchester - you’ve got a good one coming to you! 💛
