It’s #faceequality week I have a skin condition that effects my facial looks I have a cleft pallet & I have little space between my lip and nose and I have no eyelashes & I have abrasive eyelids and my bottom jaw sticks out more & of course I have alopecia . I want fashion brands too use people with facial differences infront of the camera and behind the camera. Having a facial difference means I get stared at I once got asked if I was wearing a mask having a facial difference means that I’m more likely too not get a job incase if I “scare customers away “ I’ve felt as no fashion brand would want too hire me too model their stuff because of my facial difference as I’m not you’re average looking human being 👽I dress up in a gothic way too give people something too stare at rather then me . Children stare a-lot I want their parents too entourage too ask questions rather then stare I’m not gonna be offended if you ask a question but I’m gonna be more offended if you stare at me like I’m some sort of zoo animal . I’ve also had unsolicited photos taken of me in public before once again being treated as some sort of zoo attraction. Please stop the stares and ask questions.
