It’s her voice that I can hear in the back of my mind when I am doing something hard, almost every time. Encouraging words, the truth, this real and raw advice about discomfort and how you just have to keep going. @emilyaharrington has been a beacon of light for me since the day I met her. She’s no stranger to voluntary suffering, setting audacious goals and trying really hard. It’s an honor to have her as a guest on Care Less, Do More. We talk about climbing being a series of failures until it is a success, about continuing to climb and gain strength through pregnancy, we relive some of our best adventures and so much more. Emily has truly been a major source of inspiration for myself and so many others. Tougher than nails, yet soft and incredibly understanding, never one to hold a grudge and always forgiving.
