Give yourself permission to slow down.
Rush for me is a defense mechanism and trauma response. My therapist and I worked really hard on unpacking this a few years ago.
It’s interesting to see how much processing we can do when we’re not rushing ourselves to the “finish line.”
Can anyone else relate?
