The only person i ever competed with was the man in the mirror. Its been officially 2 years since my fitness journey and im happy with the progress becasue results are for when you finish . Fitness is forever to maintaining my health. The heavy bags relieve so much stress and tension. Its amazing cardio and helps you with mobility. 34 and in my best shape ever. I recommend all men to work out and engage in physical activities to remain sane 🧘‍♂️. Or jus be the weak men you are.
