This week I laughed harder than my brain or belly can last remember doing so. Team is everything. I am so grateful for these actual magic makers that MADE SHIT HAPPEN! I can’t even begin to thank them in a way that suitably compensates their energy or expresses to them the gratitude I am filled with. It takes so many different talents and humans to make Hair Love a reality, but I am just going to give a little shoutout to the humans that were meeting with me every day and scampering about behind the scenes with me... Lexa, you are one of my best friends; you are also my permanent partner and colleague in this craziness! The balance you bring to this dynamic is both beautiful needed. The efficiency you channel makes my brain and heart happy. The way you read my mind makes things easier. You are a treasure and I never want to do any of it without you!
