Mum is here and I am feeling better. Dad is on the way to Kramatorsk today - bringing humanitarian aid and I am so worried. Thank you to everyone who has been able to donate, there was enough for a generator and some humanitarian aid supplies. Made pyrizhky buns today, my dads favourite recipe - with caramelised onions and split peas (and chorizo - not traditional addition but goes so well). Thinking of everyone in Ukraine who is not preparing for the holidays, like us, but doing volunteer work or on the front line.
