Festive Feasting Nikkei stylee at Flesh & Buns 🍱🍣✨
When anyone asks where I like to eat in london, @fleshandbuns always is on thr tip of my tongue. Celebrating the Nikkei style of Japanese cuisine f&b perfectly fuses Japanese & Peruvian for a brilliant dining experience that’s comfortable and far from fussy.
We had the festive tasting menu which started with F&B’d iconic Yuzu margarita - tequila, triple sec, lime, yuzu & agave
🍶Then on to a Festive sake flight paired with the dishes. We had a sparkling Mio, Oseki Junmai & Umeshu Urakasumi
🍱 Ceviche Mixto - tuna, salmon & seabass, with sweet potato, red onion & amarillo chilli dressing
🌶️🍯🍗 Korean fried wings, with sticky & spicy sour sauce & sesame
🐷Crispy piglet belly (with their legendary pillowy soft steamed buns) is served with mustard miso, apple & carrot pickle.
🟢Fried festive sprouts, with orange citrus, pomegranate & ponzu... I’ve been obsessed with these ever since they launched at @bonedadfies
🍫Salted caramel fondant with matcha ice cream come with the menu.
Could not recommend this place enough.
