Celebrating the Nikkei style of Japanese cuisine f&b perfectly fuses Japanese & Peruvian for a brilliant dining experience that’s comfortable and far from fussy. We had the festive tasting menu which started with F&B’d iconic Yuzu margarita - tequila, triple sec, lime, yuzu & agave 🍶Then on to a Festive sake flight paired with the dishes. We had a sparkling Mio, Oseki Junmai & Umeshu Urakasumi 🍱 Ceviche Mixto - tuna, salmon & seabass, with sweet potato, red onion & amarillo chilli dressing 🌶️🍯🍗 Korean fried wings, with sticky & spicy sour sauce & sesame 🐷Crispy piglet belly (with their legendary pillowy soft steamed buns) is served with mustard miso, apple & carrot pickle. 🟢Fried festive sprouts, with orange citrus, pomegranate & ponzu...
